Management

Christine A. Silvas, serves in the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and is responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations. Ms. Silvas, a Native American and majority owner, spent eight years in the U.S. Air Force Intelligence Corp and held Top Secret security clearance. Additionally, she has helped successfully launch two technology companies. Along with co-founder Mark Kasper, she has a technical background from the beginning of the Internet / wireless era.

Domingo M. Silvas III, serves in the role of Chief Development Officer (CDO), and is responsible for building and maintaining business alliances. He has extensive experience in business development, sales management, strategic planning, and project management.

Todd Gray, serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO). Mr Gray’s passion for wireless communication started with his service in the U.S. Navy on board the USS America CV-66 aircraft carrier, providing technical support for plan-to-ship communications, radar and satellite, as well as the associated avionics for jet fighters. Mr. Gray completed his education in Virginia with a degree in Computer Information Systems.

Prior to joining 11i Networks Inc., Mr. Gray held various senior level positions with Symbol Technologies, Telxon Corporation and Aironet. His resumé includes some of the most advanced wireless system designs and deployments in the world. He is particularly adept and experienced in designing complex wireless data networks including: warehouse/logistics data collection, hospital patient care, wide area mobile network solutions, and location-based tracking systems including RFID.

Mr. Gray is considered a leading expert in the Wireless LAN industry and is a sought-after speaker for a wide variety of industry conferences. He is a founding member of the International RFID Business Association.

Mark E. Kasper, serves in the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and is responsible for technology solutions. As a data communications and wireless technology educator for the past 10 years, Mr. Kasper has been at the forefront of many significant technological milestones. Mr. Kasper brings depth of knowledge and real-world experience to the leadership team.
